In an unusual legal battle, a Chinese woman named Wang Wang successfully sued her former employer for being fired after she was fired after leaving work earlier in six days within a month.

The case has attracted attention for its seemingly trivial dismissal, which arrived at a local court in Guangdong Province, where Wang has hired for three years and has received a commendable performance record.

according to South China Morningthe court ruled in favor of Wan, noting that a minute before her formal departure time could not be considered early departure from work.

The court further stressed that the unnamed company failed to issue any previous warnings or attempt to correct the King’s actions and then abruptly terminated its work. The firing was based solely on surveillance records, indicating her early departure.

The court’s ruling clearly held that Wang’s illegal act was cited as insufficient evidence and unreasonable actions by the company.

Wang’s compensation has not been obtained from her former employer.

According to Wang, her HR manager called her to tell her that office surveillance records showed she left her seat early six days a month.

After being fired, Wang took legal action before bringing his case to the court by filing a complaint with the local labor authority.
