MOSCOW: Steve Witkoff, the special envoy of U.S. President Donald Trump, held talks with President Vladimir Putins in St. Petersburg on Friday about seeking a peace deal in Ukraine as Trump told Russia to “moving.”

However, Peskov played a speech by Witkoff-Putin, and in Russian state media began saying that the visit of the U.S. envoy would not be “important” and would not be expected to break through.
